Set on an idyllic 60 acre property in the foothills of Mount Canobolas, Nashdale
Lane Wines takes in 14.5 hectares of established vineyards and a characterfilled
70-year-old apple packing shed, converted in 2018, into a stylish cellar
door.
Situated between 860 – 900m in altitude on nutrient dense basalt soils, the
picturesque, established (2001) vineyard produced its first vintage, under the
Nashdale Lane Wines brand in 2016.The milestone marks the beginning of
a patient journey; one focused on vineyard health and sustainable, nurturing
viticultural practices and continual improvement in the health of the soil &
ecosystem.
The early offerings from Nashdale Lane WInes show elegance, definition and
fruit purity, all hallmarks of their cool climate origins, and Nick and Tanya’s
patience in establishing Nashdale Lane Wines as one of the top vineyards in the
region.
